Meet my beautiful coffee and matcha/hot drinks corner and my beautiful new son, the milk frother.
I got into the (mostly coffee based) YT channel of Morgan Eckroth recently and while I don't drink coffee all that often (and NEVER drank matcha but enjoyed matcha sticks at cons at times), I felt an urge to whimsy up my life. Just add a tiny bit of luxury, especially on those days I work from home. So for Christmas I asked for matcha powder and a milk frother (lovingly dubbed by me and my sister as a milk brother after a wonderful autocorrect/typo, resulting in the frequent use of the phrase "brothering the milk"), and now I have a wee drinks station!
Yes, it takes a wee while to make something, especially if I add matcha (you get the added steps of soaking loose the matcha whisk and whisking up a little batch rather than dumping powder in a mug if u wanna do it "right"). I also heat up my milk, for which it takes a bit of trial and error to find the right length of time in the microwave. It also took a bit of trial and error to learn how to wield the milk brother to get a well-aerated milk with a good amount of froth. But after a few days of experimentation and play over the Christmas holidays, I now make my own cappuccinos, matcha lattes, dirty matcha lattes (coffee with matcha), or as I did just now, a dirty matcha latte with added cocoa powder (yes, that works! Matcha hot cocoa is also a wonderfully comforting drink if you don't mind the caffeine!). Behold!
Tumblr media
(I usually use a smaller mug so I didn't use enough milk and base to fill her up but she tastes wonderful!)
I've also made my own flavour infused syrup for my coffees!! We had a horrible teabag lying around no-one will ever drink with hazelnut and cocoa flavour (she tastes super chemical), so I made a simple syrup and soaked the tea in the water for that syrup. I also added some cinnamon to it. She still tastes a little like fake chemical flavour, but also due to the high amount of slightly caramelised sugar and cinnamon, like stroopwafel syrup. So it's a wonderful coffee addition that's so simple to make! And I can and will make so many more in the future!! Cinnamon flavour!! Cardamom flavour!! Peanut flavour for my snickers hot cocoa urge!! The world is at my feet and NOTHING CAN STOP ME *MANIACAL LAUGHTER*

caffeine addiction - chapter 10 Bakugou Katsuki x Reader / Coffee Shop! AU
directory/m.list
⇦ previous chapter - next chapter ⇨
words: ~2.1k
Tumblr media
The morning started like any other. The smell of roasted coffee beans mingle with the hum of the espresso machine, and you find yourself in the usual rhythm of the café. Bakugou is already there, moving with precision and intensity, his focus unbreakable. The door chimes as the first few customers trickle in, and you brace yourself for the morning rush.
But today is different. As you step behind the counter, you notice the line snaking out the door, far longer than usual. The cold winter air rushes in. The chatter among the customers seems louder and more excited.
You catch snippets of conversation, your name, and Bakugou’s name mentioned alongside words like “photo” and “Instagram”, but you don’t think much of it because they were probably just talking about their drinks. Each drink handed out was beautiful. You've been learning latté art recently from Bakugou during slower times, and each drink was topped off with a cute little heart (the only design you could do consistently thus far). Your phone buzzes in your pocket, but there’s no time to check. You and Bakugou exchange a quick glance, a silent acknowledgment of the chaos that’s about to ensue. The orders start pouring in, and you dive into action, your hands moving on autopilot as you steam milk and pull espresso shots as you go back and forth from the register to take orders and back to the espresso machine.
“Two cappuccinos with an extra shot, an oat latte, and a soy matcha latte,” you call out, trying to keep your voice steady over the chatter of customers. Bakugou is at the machine, muscles flexing as he works with the kind of fierce determination that only he possesses. He works like a machine himself, but with an experienced and almost effortless flow– like a long-time painter with a paint brush. The sight of him focused, brows furrowed in concentration, is almost enough to make you forget the insanity around you.
Almost.
The crowd is buzzing with energy, and you can feel eyes on you, watching your every move. You catch a few people glancing at their phones, then back at you, their whispers making your skin prickle. But there’s no time to dwell on it. A milk frother screeches, bringing you back to the task at hand. The pace is relentless, and you find yourself moving faster than you thought possible, coordinating with Bakugou in a well-practiced dance. Whenever you worked with him, things felt like they moved so much faster and much better. Part of it was the fact that Bakugou was insanely good at what he did, but also because he was amazing as a team leader.
“Order for Hinata!” Bakugou’s voice cuts through the noise, rough but steady. He slides a tray of drinks toward you, and you grab it, balancing it precariously as you make your way to the counter.
You drank too much caffeine. Your hands shake as they hold the tray. Some lemonade spills onto your wrists as you move, but you ignore it in favor of running over to the cash register to take the order of the college students at the front. Your arms have never been so sticky. There is whipped cream on your elbow that is slowly drying and crusting up– it feels disgusting every time you bend your elbow even a little. But it doesn’t matter- there are people waiting on their drinks, and Bakugou is moving at the speed of light. If you don’t keep up with him, there’s no more free coffee for you…
The line seems never-ending, and the café is hotter than usual, the combination of bodies and boiling water creating a stifling atmosphere despite the cold weather. You swipe at a bead of sweat trickling down your temple with your sleeve, barely noticing the way customers’ gazes linger on you and Bakugou. There’s a thrill to it, a rush that has nothing to do with caffeine and everything to do with the shared goal of surviving this madness. Well– given that you’ve been chugging espresso, it might have a little to do with caffeine.
The entire place is already full, and there are even people filling up all the outside seats. Luckily, Ashido was supposed to be coming at any momen-
“I’m here!” A chipper and breathless voice calls out, and you look at the girl who’s frantically tying an apron behind her back before instantly getting to work, stationing herself at the espresso machine. Because she’s making drinks, you can now focus on cleaning up the store and helping all the customers at the register. You weren’t able to clean the place for about four hours, and it was driving you insane. There were a couple crumbs and pieces of trash just on the ground, but you couldn’t move from the espresso machine or the register before– there were just too many people and not enough hands.
Bakugou sees you picking up the broom and he blocks you from moving by clutching the broom and pan. “Hey. Go take your break.”
You look at him with a bewildered expression. “I’ll just clean up first. There’s this one straw on the ground and it’s driving me-”
He furrows his eyebrows and grabs the broom and pan from your hands before very swiftly cleaning up the store himself, sweeping up the straw you were talking about and more. You shrug and grab a rag to wipe up a table that a group just left, but he groans- “Take a break. You’ve been working since opening. Go.” As of this point, he is grabbing your palm mid-wipe and pulls the rag from under your hand. He puts both his hands on your shoulders, turns you around, and pushes you towards the back of the café.
Deciding to give up for now, you pick up your leftover americano on the counter when Bakugou gives you a death stare. “No more caffeine. You’re shaking.” And Ashido takes your drink and chugs it, a mischievous smile on her face, tossing the mug into the nearby simk.
You frowned. Bakugou should be the one taking a break. He’s been going at it for longer than you have, but he just grounded you. Either way, you still settle down. Finally getting a moment to yourself, you slip behind the counter where the customers can't see you. Your coworkers give you a nod, knowing you need the break. The rush has finally died down a bit, but the café is still buzzing with energy. You sit down on a small stool and pull out your phone, feeling its weight in your hand as it buzzes incessantly.
Taking a deep breath, you unlock it and your screen floods with notifications. Instagram, messages, missed calls from your aunt and from Mitsuki. You haven’t had a chance to check anything since you started your shift. As you start scrolling through the chaos, you catch bits of conversation from the nearby tables.
“Wow, they're honestly even more gorgeous in person,” a young woman’s voice says, excitement clear in her tone.
“Right? And how come people who look like that–” she pauses for dramatic effect “--and are the children of extremely famous fashion designers working at a random café?” her friend responds, sounding just as awestruck.
You feel a knot forming in your stomach as their words sink in. You glance around the corner, seeing the two customers who are clearly talking about you and Bakugou. They’re both glued to their phones, no doubt looking at the photo that’s gone viral and showing each other photos that they secretly took of the two of you.
Your phone buzzes again, and you turn your attention back to it. Opening Instagram, your heart skips a beat. The notifications are endless. Thousands of follow requests and DMs. Your finger hovers over the notification tab, and you brace yourself as you tap it.
The first thing you see is the Masaki Official Instagram post. There it is, the photo of you and Bakugou, looking effortlessly chic in Masaki’s latest designs. The caption reads, "Fashion runs in their blood, and it shows." Even though Mitsuki didn't tag your personal accounts, it didn’t take long for people to find you.
You scroll through the comments, heart pounding.
“They’re perfect together! They’re like fashion royalty!” one comment reads.
“Nepotism?” says another.
The likes and shares are through the roof, and as you swipe through, you see countless news articles already picking up the story. Headlines like “Fashion Heirs Turned Café Workers: The Viral Sensation” with photos of the two of you working at the café and “Bakugou and (Y/N): From Runways to Real Life” fill your screen. Fans have started creating fan art and memes, some depicting you and Bakugou as literal royalty in the fashion world. It’s brought hundreds of people who were never into fashion into making memes and thirsting over you and Bakugou.
“That jawline can cut me any day and I’d thank him,” a post read, making you hold in a choked laugh that earns you a look from the man in question.
“This lady straight up looks like she came from the heavens and she’s serving people coffee? I’ve gotta visit this place..” another post says with an edit of the viral photo. They had cropped out Bakugou and put emoji hearts and effects all over your face.
You let out a slow breath, trying to process it all. Your phone buzzes again, and you glance at it. More follow requests, more messages. It’s overwhelming.
As you sit there, lost in the sea of notifications, you don’t notice the young man who’s been sitting at a table near the counter, stealing glances your way. He’s been there for a while, nursing a cup of coffee and pretending to study.
When you finish your break with a sandwich that Bakugou packed, you step back up to the register to clock back in and take an order. The young man sitting at the table finally gathers the courage to approach you, standing behind the customer that you just finished speaking to.
“Um, hey,” he says, a little nervously. You look up at a guy slightly taller than you sporting a shy smile.
“Hi,” you reply, managing a small smile despite the whirlwind in your mind.
“I, uh, I couldn’t help but notice you,” he stammers, glancing back at his table as if seeking some moral support from his abandoned textbooks. “You and Bakugou… Are you guys, like, together?”
The question catches you off guard. “No, we’re not,” you say quickly, shaking your head.
“Oh,” he says, his face brightening. “That’s good to know. I mean, not that it’s bad if you were. It’s just… would it be okay if I got your number? I just… I thought you were kind of cute and I-”
Before he can continue, you notice Bakugou behind the counter, his eyes fixed on the young man. There’s a hardness in his gaze, an edge that you can’t place your finger on. The guy follows your glance and freezes under Bakugou’s intense stare.
“Uh, actually, never mind,” he mumbles, backing away quickly. “I should probably get back to studying.”
You watch, confused, as he practically scurries back to his seat. You turn to Bakugou, raising an eyebrow. “What was that about?”
“I’d prefer no workplace flirting,” Bakugou grunts, turning his attention back to the espresso machine, his movements a bit more forceful than necessary.
You chuckle softly. You stand up, smoothing out your apron. The break is over, and it’s time to get back to work. The café is still busy, the energy from the earlier rush still lingering in the air. As you step back into the fray, you can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and apprehension.
This unexpected fame is overwhelming, but there’s a small part of you that’s thrilled by it. The attention means more eyes on your work, more recognition for the line you’ve poured your heart into.
As you move through the café, you catch bits of conversations, more whispers about the photo, the viral fame, and the sudden spotlight. You and Bakugou might not have asked for this, but you’re ready to embrace it, ambitious and determined to make the most of this unexpected turn. Free marketing.
And as for the guy who asked for your number? You can’t help but smile, wondering if he’ll ever muster up the courage again. Either way, you couldn’t lead him on knowing that work was currently more important to you. For now, you’ve got drinks to make and a whirlwind to navigate, one espresso shot at a time.

Dirty Iced Matcha Latte
Tumblr media
The infamous dirty matcha latte—it's a perfect blend of matcha and coffee for a refreshing and energizing drink! I’ll show you how to make it ;)
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder ( I use the brand IPODDO tea, it’s the best!!)
1 ounce hot water (for matcha)
1 shot (1 ounce) espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
1 cup milk (any type)
1-2 tablespoons simple syrup or honey (to taste)
Ice cubes
LET’S START
Prepare the Matcha:
In a small bowl, sift and whisk the matcha green tea powder with 1 ounce of hot water (not boiling, about 175°F or 80°C) until smooth and frothy. Use a bamboo whisk if available, or a regular whisk or frother.
Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong coffee. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Mix the Latte:
In a large glass, add a generous amount of ice cubes.
Pour the cooled espresso or coffee over the ice.
Add Sweetener:
Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup or honey, adjusting to your taste. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add more sweetener.
Add the Matcha:
Gently pour the prepared matcha over the espresso or coffee. Stir to combine.
Add the Milk:
Pour the milk into the glass. You can use cold milk or steamed milk if you prefer a warmer drink.
Stir everything together to blend the flavors, and enjoy your refreshing iced dirty matcha latte!
TIPS
Matcha Quality: Use high-quality matcha for the best flavor and vibrant color. IRO and IPODDO tea are some of my favorite brands that I really recommend.
Sweetener: Adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste. You can also use flavored syrups for different variations.
Milk Options: Feel free to use any type of milk, such as almond, oat, or soy, depending on your preference.
If you’d like to see me make an iced vanilla matcha, don’t hesitate to check out my TikTok where I share my recipes <3

Weekly Check In - November 12th, 2023 🎀
ugh I feel like I’ve been neglecting my blogs, and that’s not what I want to be doing!!!
I have finals coming up so soon, including exams and final papers (looking at you, psychology research paper). Not to mention I’m still working 5 days a week, classes 4 days a week, working out 3-5 days a week on top of all my adulting duties. It’s safe to safe I have been a little stressed lately, no doubt about that. It really got me bad because it was impacting my relationship with my boyfriend and the last thing I want to do is cause unnecessary stress and anxiety for him. I know I let my stress and anxieties get the best of me when I realized I was the one causing 98% of all of our arguments and issues this last few weeks. Luckily I was able to come to the realization that it had been my fault, so him and I talked it through and worked it out and I missed him that I would work both on myself more as well as work with my therapist and develop better coping strategies for times of high stress.
🩷 let’s recap this last week with some highlights! And then I will tal about my goals for the upcoming week!
I had to go talk to my PSYC TA about how far I’d fallen behind in the class and she was able to give me some encouragement and a lot of help and really set me on the path in the right direction, so I definitely have hope that I’ll pass this class with a B at worst, which is still an awesome grade!
I finally made it back to my cooking class and the professor was so kind, he told me it always upset his days when I’d miss class for the week and he asked me if was doing okay and how things were going. I think he’s in his 50s or 60s, and he’s just a very kind man, reminds me of my own dad. Has that typical old man dad humor and his cooking class has actually help me become more comfortable with my own cooking skills as of this semester. Definitely one of my favorite classes, and my classmates were the best too.
I registered for the next semester and I am sooo looking forward to the course load. Well, for the most part anyways. I have to retake Chemistry 2 as well as the lab but luckily the college offers a supplemental type of course to help with the actual class so that’s gonna be awesome. I’m also taking a sports medicine focused medical terminology course online, another once a week food focused course about food production, a psychology of emotion course (super super excited for this class), and I registered for a yoga class for the semester! I feel like having yoga twice a week will definitely help with stress and relaxation and just overall keep me on the right track health wise for the semester! I think I’m taking a total of almost 18 credit hours but other yoga class itself is 2 credits so it’s definitely gonna be an easier semester at least schedule and course load wise.
My work bestie had her baby shower! I can’t believe she’s 8 months pregnant with a little boy, he’s already so lucky to have her and her man as parents. She was absolutely glowing at her baby shower and I’m so happy that I got to go and support her. I’ve known her for going on three years already so it made my day to both be invited and get to see how excited she got when I went.
I bought matcha powder! (Amongst other health stuff, including some new gym gear for my lower body days) I have a mini traditional matcha set so I thought I’d finally use it no bought some matcha powder online! I’m super excited to try my hand at making myself matcha lattes. I even bought a milk frother so I’m a little excited.
I changed up my fitness goals and routine a bit. I’m still going to the gym 3 days a week for weight lifting, but now two of those are lower body days and the other is an upper body day. I’m also going to continue with my two days of cardio but on those two days I am also going to do some at home mat Pilates to help with my overall fitness, appearance, and health goals. I’ve heard that some lower intensity workouts are pretty good for women with PCOS so I thought incorporating that would be a good idea.
I’m Vitamin D deficient and I had no idea! I used to take vitamin D supplements at my old doctors request when I was a teenager but I stopped when I can rot college because I was no longer being advised to take it nor were my blood levels being check regularly so I figured ehh not a big deal but I recently got lab work done and yep, I am semi severely vitamin d deficient. So now I gotta look into different foods I can incorporate as well as a vitamin d supplement and more time in the sun!
I’ve been keeping up a decent skincare routine with a bunch of new products I bought and can I just say, the Anua Heartleaf Oil Cleanser is an absolute god send. I’m obsessed with Asian/Korean skincare. It’s done so much for my skin, I can’t recommend it enough!
overall, not a bad week this last week. this recap is for only (mainly) November 4th through yesterday, November 11th.
🩷 my upcoming goals and things for this week! (November 12th thru 18th)
Keep up with all my homework and turning assignments in completed and on time. I’m trying to finish the semester off strong, or at least as strong as I can. That just means it’s grind time and I gotta buckle down and get my school stuff done.
Insurance. I need to purchase insurance because the state I live in says I make too much to qualify for full coverage insurance which is an issue with the meds I take and the doctors I currently see, as well as my therapist. Adulting, yay!
Complete at least a draft and/or reel for my dietetics mentor by Saturday/next Sunday as the deadline was to have something sent to her by Monday at noon. So my goal is to have some drafts of content for her as soon as possible.
Work out at least three days this week. I’ve been consistent with going every week for the last four weeks but I haven’t been as consistent with how many days within the week that I’ve been going. So that’s definitely a goal of mine.
Look into a Pilates class/studio I can join by the beginning of next semester. I definitely want to take some classes to help with form and proper technique, but I think I want to give myself some time to build more confidence so that way I can give it my all in the future classes I take. Plus, my finances don’t exactly permit me taking Pilates classes at the moment. So my goal is to do some research now and then make a decision by mid January.
My boyfriend and I are hitting a year and a half together this week! Ahh I love him so much, I’m so excited for yet another milestone. Pretty soon we’ll be coming up on two years and I just couldn’t be happier. My man is my best friend, I’m so lucky and grateful that I have him in my life, especially as my partner <3
Attempt to make a matcha latte! My matcha powder comes in this week so I’m gonna try my hand at making my own matcha now!
Keep consistent with my skin care and self care. Also pick up journaling again this week as I think it’ll help me sort out my stressors and anxieties without harming my relationship with my man or my relationship with myself. Self care and working on my own well being benefit me in so many ways, I just need to keep consistent with it.
Restart my Duolingo and Busuu streaks as an attempt to get back into learning the Japanese language! Also begin to pick up Spanish again! Spanish is not too difficult for me to understand as a lot of people I’m around speak the language and I also took classes in high school and some in college. So I think splitting my time between Spanish and Japanese will be good and keep me from being bored and dropping my language studies altogether. I’m going to start with Spanish Duolingo and just go from there with it! once I get more comfortable with the languages I will start making small posts in those languages! Spanish will definitely come easier than Japanese tho, that’s for sure.
that’s all for this upcoming week! It feels like it’s going to be busy but next week is our break for thanksgiving so that’s one week of rest and relaxation and recovery for me. I won’t be spending the holiday with anyone but I don’t mind, it gives me a day to be mindful and grateful and just give me some time to myself that day, and for the whole week. Everyone who knows me in person knows I definitely need the time for myself. I think it’ll be very restorative for sure.
for those of you who follow my side blogs for my fitness, I’ll be posting to it here soon as well! I think I might update you on my current split and routine more in depth then what I mentioned here. And I’m going to drop a review of some of the new skincare products I’ve recently bought and tried as well! I’ll try to do a mid week update this week on this blog too!
til next time, lovelies 🩷🤍

Classic Matcha Recipe🌟
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The classic matcha latte stands as a favorite among health-conscious individuals, including pink Pilates princesses and green juice enthusiasts who have been dominating Pinterest. Do you not know how to make matcha? I got you. Here is a easy recipe for this drink!🩰🌟
Ingredients:
1 tsp high-quality matcha powder
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
1 cup milk of your choice (almond, soy, oat, or cow's milk)
1-2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Sift the Matcha: Using a fine mesh strainer or a matcha sifter, sift the matcha powder into a small bowl. This step ensures there are no clumps, resulting in a smoother and more enjoyable latte.
Whisk the Matcha: Pour the hot water into a separate bowl. It's essential not to use boiling water to preserve the delicate flavors of matcha. Water around 175°F (80°C) is ideal.
Using a bamboo matcha whisk or a small electric frother, vigorously whisk the matcha powder and hot water together until a frothy layer forms on the surface.
Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, gently heat the milk of your choice until it's steaming hot but not boiling. You can also use a milk frother to heat and froth the milk simultaneously for an even creamier texture.
Combine and Sweeten (optional): Pour the frothy matcha mixture into your favorite mug, followed by the hot milk. If desired, add honey or your preferred sweetener to enhance the flavor. Adjust the sweetness level to suit your taste.
Enjoy: Give your matcha latte a gentle stir to ensure the flavors blend harmoniously. Savor each sip of this soul-soothing elixir, reveling in the balanced fusion of earthiness and creaminess that makes the classic matcha latte an unparalleled tea experience.
Tips:
Experiment with different milk varieties to find your perfect matcha latte. Each milk type brings its unique flavor profile to the mix.
To make it frothier, shake the milk in a sealed container before heating or use a handheld milk frother after heating.
Feel free to garnish your matcha latte with a sprinkle of matcha powder or a dusting of cinnamon for an extra touch of elegance.

Okay, I need to start keeping a record of this
Laird:
not a huge fan.
There's too many powdery ingredients and I didn't want to use a frother, so it's gritty.
I was left feeling tired and amped at the same time.
Colors seem brighter??? Is this just a me thing??? Like how things are sharper and more detailed when you're high???
Matcha is slightly better than the pumpkin spice.
Extra ingredients did NOT help the heartbeat situation.
It did still help.
Alive:
The fact that it's mixed with apple cider vinegar makes it taste very strange.
For me, this has a very slight intoxicating effect
Otherwise it would just have a pleasant rootbeer flavor. If you don't mind sour, you might not mind.
It also has pue-erh tea. This might be what's causing the extra stimming???
I took a drink and IMMEDIATELY started flapping. I didn't notice that happening with Laird.
Foursigmatic:
Still the best experience so far
Each blend is slightly different so I can mix and match for different types of support
I will be looking for another brand because they thought it was a good idea to include an endorsement from Joe Rogan on their ad
I told them about this, and it MIGHT be worth sending them a message
It's still one of the most accessible brands for me (not just at health food type stores, but also at big box ones)
Overall, I want to find something that's not caffeinated because I keep going "mushrooms save me" and mainlining coffee all day is very bad for me personally.
This is going to be an interesting experiment. Prayer circle that I don't accidentally make myself worse while fucking around and finding out
P.s.: Mud\wtr has a warning for cancer and reproductive harm. Which, well, you should consult a doctor before consuming things like this if you're pregnant or nursing anyway, but this warning is because IT HAS LEAD IN IT

share how you make ur matcha / the brand u use pls I wanna learn
Omg okay so I have only recently started making my own matcha I used to just buy lattes every day but I decided enough was enough and I need to cut back the spending, but so far I’ve tried this matcha and this matcha and I think they’re both pretty good I quite like them
I do a 1 to 2 ratio of matcha and hot water bc idk I like my matcha strong. I see people put more water but. I like it strong 💪 ANYWAY I just sift the powder in a sifter bc if you don’t it does get quite lumpy and the fancy matcha people on the internet seduced me into getting a bamboo whisk (LOL) but tbh I used to just use an electric frother and it never made a difference to me. So it’s up to you. I do like using the bamboo whisk bc it makes me feel fancy and pinterest-esque HAHAHA. Anyway matcha and hot water get mixed and then I put ice and oat milk in my fancy little glass—personally I think oat milk is the superior matcha milk, but you use whatever milk you like okay. And you pour the matcha over the oat milk and I add a little raspberry syrup I bought from the grocery store bc I like raspberry in my matcha. Or strawberry works too. That’s usually enough to sweeten it for me but if you want it sweeter you can always add honey or sugar or wtvvvvv you prefer. Sweeten to your hearts content.
That’s about it tbh you kinda just play around with the ratios until you can eyeball one that works for you. The first few glasses I made were a bit less impressive but now I have my preferences mastered 💪😼
